How long will it take to recieve my purchase? TOP
Since each gown is made to order (and based on if you order a set/availability of ribbon/fabric/beads and color you choose), the timetable is as below:
Full length bridal gowns with A-line or straight skirt 10-14 weeks Full length bridal gown with trumpet skirts/bubble skirts or pickups/ruffles OR with complex beading or appliques 12-16 weeks Tea length bridal dresses 10-12 weeks Knee to mini skirt bridal dresses 10-12 weeks
Full length occasion dresses 10-12 weeks Tea to mini length occasion dresses 10-12 weeks
DC Convertibles (all lengths) 4-8 weeks (more time will be applied based on if you require multiple gowns i.e. bridesmaids or if you require fabric such as organic cotton/silk jersey/etc.)
Accessories Shawls- ready to ship Bracelets/Headbands/Sashes 6-10 weeks
RUSH ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to confirm if we can fulfill your order in the time frame you select, there is an additional fee of betwween $50-$150 per rushed item (the price depends on the length and style of the gown and the fabric required to make it, we will confirm the exact amount).
Are your pieces all handmade... are any mass produced? TOP
All pieces are handmade by either me or members of my sample room. In the past I have worked with overseas factories and private tailors/seamstresses, and in my ancient past, I sat down and did all the sewing all on my own. At that time I wasn't working and was able to complete the few orders I had in a shorter period of time. But through trial and error (and increased demand) I have finally figured out a system that works better for me; the employ of a few very detailed seamstresses, hand-beaders and embroiderers and me all working together.
I am currently not mass produced, and never intend to be. I will however have a limited amount of gowns available in a bridal salons/boutiques soon. I prefer limited edition designs, sold to a smaller number of brides; that way your day can really be made special :)

Your etsy site has more content, why? TOP We are doing a website overhaul. Please be patient as we continue to upload content. Check back frequently for more info. The site is slated to be complete very soon, so you can preview the 2012 Collection. We sincerely appreciate your patience!
What Payment methods do you accept? TOP PAYMENT METHODS- PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
We
do take deposits. Deposits are 65% of the price of the item. We will
not begin making your garment until at least 65% of the garment price
has been paid which will also reserve production time on our schedule.
We also allow payment plans, please use the Contact Us page so we can
discuss setting up a deposit/payment plan. The remainder of your
balance (35%) is due upon receipt of photos of your completed gown, upon
which we will ship out your gown and provide you with a tracking
number.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE...they are used to order fabrics and materials as well as compensate for time spent on your gown. How do you do fitting? TOP We strongly recommend that you have your measurements
taken by a professional seamstress/tailor before buying your gown
online. Because small variations in all wedding gowns are to be
expected, custom tailoring will most likely be necessary for the best
possible fit. We can not accept a return or alter the dress after you
have received it. It is up to you to take care of all alterations
personally.
For all online orders, you will be responsible for providing your correct measurements. I would like you to design a dress for me/I am interested in Custom orders. TOP We do provide custom orders. If you
see a gown or dress you want replicated, we can help. Danielle
Martin-Cicero has been replicating gowns and dresses for over 7 years.
Please send a photo of the gown you are looking to replicate and your
size or approximate measurements, as well as the fabric and color you
would like to have the gown made in and your wedding/event date. Please
also add changes to the original design (if any). We will provide you
will a customized quote on replication within 72 hours maximum (with
the exception of weekends). If you choose to proceed with your
purchase, a deposit is required (or full payment). We will also send
out swatches of fabric if necessary for your approval. The gown will be
made in the measurements you request however again you may need
further alterations to ensure a proper fit.
If you see a gown
from our line that you would like to have made custom (outside of the options on
the ordering page) please follow the same procedure above.
I want a fabric for my gown that is not listed, is that possible? TOP If you are interested in purchasing a gown, but want a different fabric, please use the Contact Us page and indicate the gown/dress the type of fabric and color. We offer custom fabrication services, for an additional fee. Just pay for shipping and handling and we will provide you with up to 3 swatches (if available) of the fabric you are searching for. Once approved, you can either pay the entire amount for the gown or 65% of the price (deposit) including the adjusted price (if applicable) for the new fabric. The rest of the procedure follows the normal custom design procedures. Contact Us if you have any further questions.
